Exterior finishes included fiber cement lap siding, fiber cement board and batten siding, and fiber cement panels. The unit mix included studio, one, two, three, and four bedroom options. Also provided were bike storage and studying spaces. The amenity building included a club room, an exercise room, and patio area.
