Exterior finishes included horizontal  lap siding with paint and cultured stone accents.  Aluminum suspended balconies were provided and asphalt shingles.  The unit mix consists of studio, one, and two bedroom options.  Also provided were community, theater, and fitness rooms. Outdoor areas included a patio area, tot lot, dog run, and  outdoor grilling area.
